Mini Soccer Festival In Memory of Harry Parker
Dear Friends
I would now like to confirm with you all to our Mini Soccer Festival will take place on Saturday 7th September, Now that the fixtures have been produced for Swindon Town FC.
The Festival is open to Under 7, under 8 and Under 9 teams appropriate to 2024 – 2025, As with last year we will start at 1.30pm and schedule to finish by 5pm.
Games for under 7 and under 8 will last 15 minutes, format will be 5 a side and Normal mini soccer rules will apply. Squad sizes will be limited to a maximum of 8. Games for under 9 will last 15 minutes, format will be 7 a side and Normal mini soccer rules will apply. Squad sizes will be limited to a maximum of 10.
Each player will receive a memento of the day. As with last year we will also provide a trophy for each team to award the Harry Parker Player of the tournament, selected in any way or format you wish for your team.
Harry’s Parents, Kelly and Adam will be on hand to assist with the presenting, Last years festival was a success and we hope to see many returning clubs, so do please reserve your place as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.
