The semi finals for the U13’s produced thrilling contests, with both games going into extra time.
Division 1 first and second placed sides Royal Wootton Bassett and Swindon Supermarine met in a close fought game which ended 2-2 at the end of normal time. Oscar Richardson scoring both Supermarine goals, whilst Dan Warre and Sidney Skippen replying for Bassett. The match was decided in extra time, a corner met by the head of Benjamin Patey who broke the hearts of the blues.
Meanwhile the other side of the draw saw Croft Junior also draw 2:2 with FC Calne. Again the game was snatched in injury time, sending Croft to their 3rd consecutive League Cup Final. Two Zachery Howell goals weren’t enough for Calne, as Kyle Chester, Reegan Messenger & Cameron Thomson ensured Croft’s progression.
