Oxford Blackbirds Boys & Girls Football Club will be holding it’s first 6 a-side tournament in conjunction with Tetsworth SSC on Sunday 21st August. The maximum teams per age group are 12, on a first come first served basis and the cost is £25 per team, £40 for two teams. Teams are to be entered in as the age groups they will be taking part in the 2016-17 season. PLEASE NOTE THE U7’s AGE GROUP ONLY, THIS YEAR IS NON-COMPETITIVE, WHICH IS A DIRECTIVE FROM THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION SO ALL PLAYERS WILL RECEIVE A TROPHY. From under 8’s upwards the winners and runners up of each group will qualify to the knock out stages. Third and fourth placed teams will be entered into a supplementary knock out stages. The tournament will take place at Tetsworth SSC FC, Marsh End, Tetsworth, Thame, OX9 7AU.
