League looking for a new web site manager
The North Wilts Youth FL website has gone from strength to strength since its launch in 2014, courtesy of the hard work non committee volunteer Antony Moglione has invested on the League’s behalf. The site has gradually been developed and now includes vital information, regular news for all league clubs, secretaries, managers and players as well as providing social media links and other vital information such as league contacts etc.
However, December 2015 will unfortunately see Anthony moving on to pastures new, and whilst the management committee are forever indebted to Tony for all the hard work, we now need another volunteer to take responsibility for the site.
If you’re interested, you’ll need to have some experience of web design and development using WordPress (others will be considered) and be willing to take responsibility for the website, providing updates / improvements, posting content provided by management committee also administer league officer email accounts. Anthony estimates an average time of 1 hour per week, sufficient to keep the site ticking over. A full brief of tasks can be made available for those interested in the role.
There are no age barriers, and the management committee are more than happy to consider any applicants who may currently be studying web design at college or university.
The NWYFL is one of the largest youth leagues in the UK and provides organised football for approximately 5000 youngsters every weekend. The management committee are hard-working, very forward thinking and are totally committed to the cause – as well as being great people to work with.
