The FA have made several key Regulation amendments for the 2017/18 season for all clubs operating at Step 5 and below (County FA football).
Although these changes do not affect the League directly, if a Club falls foul of one of these changes then there will be action that the League will have to take. Details of all the changes can be read at:

Suspension Start Dates
Following any case that has an automatic suspension (Red Card, 5/10/15 cautions) all suspensions will commence 7 days from the date of the offence. The onus is on the Player and Club to ensure the suspension is served irrespective whether paperwork is received or not.
If a suspended player plays in a match then it will be treated by the League as playing an Ineligible player. [Rule 8(M)]
Late Payment & Response Update
If a late fine is applied this will be due 14 days from the issue of the fine and will amount to 25% of the original amount invoiced. Failure to pay will result in a Club suspension on the first Monday 7 days after the monies were due.
If a late response fine is applied this will be due 14 days from the issue of the fine and will amount to 25% of the original amount invoiced. Failure to pay will result in a Team suspension on the first Monday 7 days after the monies were due
If a Club or team is suspended by their County FA, their matches will not be postponed; the Management Committee shall award the points from the matches in question to the opponents until such time that the Club or team is no longer suspended. [Rule 10(E)]
If you are not already dealing with Discipline in WGS then I recommend that you contact your County FA and start doing so, all of these dates are clearly visible in WGS and so using it will help you avoid unnecessary charges.
