Coaches & Managers
With the new season starting on 4th September, we would like to remind all coaches and managers of the safeguarding and emergency aid requirements.
- Only coaches with the required qualifications (as detailed below) are allowed in the technical area or to be involved at training.
- A maximum of three coaches are allowed in the match day technical area.
- All remaining coaches on match days & non-qualified adults (including parent helpers) must be behind the respect line.

Parents
It is recommended that parents / carers complete the Safeguarding Awareness for Parents & Carers | The Boot Room (thefa.com) . This is a free 30 minute online course which aims to give you the tools and information to recognise what should be in place to support your child to have a positive football experience in their club or football setting, as well as how to identify and report any concerns about poor practice or abuse.
