SSYFC tournament letter & entry form 2016
Dear Youth Football Club
We are writing to you to invite your team to participate in our first six-a-side tournament, which we would like to progress on to make a yearly event.
The event is on 4th and 5th June 2016 at the SSYFC home pitches and the entry price is £15 per team, with a maximum squad size of 8 players. The games will be adjudicated by qualified referees and follow the FA Rules and Guidelines. Under 7s & 8s will play in a non-competitive format and all participants will receive a trophy/medal, Under 9’s and above will play in a competitive competition with the format communicated a few weeks before the tournament along with the tournament rules.

Onsite there will be refreshments, BBQ, as well as a sweet/cake stall for guests to purchase items.
Registration will be at 9.30am, the first matches will kick off at 10am and the final games for the winners and runners up to be completed early afternoon.
Receipt of entry will be acknowledged as soon as possible after receipt of the form and payment. Closing date for team entries will be 13th May 2016.
